Account Setup:

Upon successful purchase of our Alchemist Connect platform access, you will be provided with login credentials and instructions via email to set up your account. Account setup will be the responsibility of the purchaser.


Tiered Platform Access:

Depending on the tier of access purchased, you will have varying levels of features and functionalities available within the Alchemist Connect platform. Please refer to the specific tier details provided at the time of purchase for information on included features and limitations.

Training and Support:

We offer comprehensive training resources and dedicated support to help you make the most of our Alchemist Connect platform. This includes tier-specific tutorials, user guides, and access to our support team for assistance with any questions or technical issues.

Subscription Renewal:

Your subscription to our Alchemist Connect platform will renew automatically unless canceled.


Billing and Payments:

Billing for your subscription to our Alchemist Connect platform will be processed automatically on a recurring basis based on your chosen tier. You will receive invoices and payment receipts via email for your records.

Refunds:

We offer a 21-day free trial for all our plans to allow users to experience our platform risk-free. After the trial period, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription. However, users can cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation:

Users can cancel their plans at any time by accessing the "Manage Account" tab within the Alchemist Connect platform. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period paid for, after which no further charges will be incurred.
